Aspen is the lifestyle offering within Consort Place which consists of a remarkable collection of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, within an elegant 65 storey tower.

Key Feature: The high-end specification required high-end attention to detail. As always, our team of trades people are more than happy to accommodate.

WICKFORD, EDUCATION

Delivering a new two-storey classroom block, this expansion includes music rooms, a nurture room, science labs, general classrooms, and ancillary spaces, all connected to the existing school via a first-floor glazed link.

Key Feature: Designed and manufactured by OEP, the factory-applied fire-rated soffits and acoustic insulation were integrated into the roof cassettes, utilising structurally insulated panel (SIPS) construction for enhanced performance.

The Denton is one of two projects we have for Elysian Residences, a UK business, specialising in the development and operation of luxury retirement communities. The development offers all the services and amenities you would expect in a five-star hotel.

Key Feature: We are proud to be part of the Elysian team. Their best-in-class property development, operations and management professionals collaborated closely with our in-house design team to facilitate a specific brief for shower cubicle seated areas.

The Beckett, a new luxury retirement village near central Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, features three stylish apartment buildings (three, four, and six storeys) offering 89 high-spec apartments, surrounding landscaped gardens and full-height atriums for natural light.

Key Feature: We are proud to be part of the Elysian team. Their best-in-class property development, operations and management professionals collaborated closely with our in-house design team to facilitate a specific brief for wet-room flooring.

With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, The Belfry Hotel and Spa are enriching and expanding their Resort. This includes the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, offering 852sqm of event space, 100+ extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

Key Feature: Leveraging advanced construction techniques, this project called for our innovative floorless pod solution. This included the delivery of a fully tiled shower enclosure, integrated shower tray, and fitted glass, all expertly crafted to meet the highest standards.

Located at the former Peek Freans biscuit factory site in Bermondsey, South London, this development will establish a vibrant community in Zone 2. It offers new homes at various rents, a secondary school, play areas, cultural and retail spaces, all integrated into the existing neighbourhood and close to excellent transport links.

Key Feature: To meet future homes legislation requirements, we engineered an innovative solution for installing a future-proof shower drain within the bath area. This design allows for a seamless transition to level-access shower trays, ensuring adaptability and compliance for years to come.

Downing is delivering a groundbreaking shared living scheme in the heart of Manchester. Designed to foster a vibrant community spirit and surrounded by lush greenery, Square Gardens is set to become a beacon of sustainable living within a thriving regeneration area near the city centre.

Key Feature: By managing both interior design and material specification in collaboration with the Downing design team, we streamlined the project to meet tight lead times. With cost control and material availability integrated from the outset, we successfully delivered the project on time and within budget.

This new community in central Tunbridge Wells will feature 167 modern, sustainable retirement homes as part of Retirement Villages’ Thrive Living Collection. Transforming the former cinema site into a whole-life net-zero carbon project, it will achieve net-zero carbon status during both construction and operation, setting a new standard for sustainable living.

Key Feature: Value engineering played a crucial role in this development, as we collaborated closely with stakeholders to meet project goals while staying within the desired budget.

An investment of £23.6 million, which added 232 en-suite rooms to the campus, helped the university to be awarded Best University Accommodation in the UK on Uni Compare and be voted within the top 10 nationally in the Whatuni Student Choice Awards 2023.

Key Feature: Our long-standing relationship with the university, along with our understanding of the tight timelines during summer breaks when refurbishment work is carried out, often positions us as a preferred choice for these projects.

The first of 10 crematoriums being developed by our client, this project represents a significant milestone in their commitment to providing modern, dignified facilities nationwide.

Key Feature: A fire-rated, timber-based hybrid structure that integrates a light gauge steel chimney seamlessly into the timber framework, resulting in a robust and efficient hybrid construction solution.

The scheme will deliver 52 affordable homes; with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom properties, located in Seven Kings, Ilford.

Key Feature: Due to its urban location and proximity to a Network Rail line, we collaborated closely with the contractor to manage pod deliveries efficiently, despite minimal laydown space.

Key Feature: This high-spec project required exceptional attention to detail. With 26 unique pod types across two different tenures, it perfectly showcases our adaptability. Our team handled everything from supply to installation and commissioning, delivering the full package.

Phase 3 of Hallsville Quarter will deliver 620 new homes and over 89,000 sq ft of retail space. As one of London’s largest regeneration projects, the entire development will provide 1,100 new homes.
